Falcon Door Panel Installation Tips

   Not certain if it could be classified as a trick, but I use a board to help the installation. I use a board that is as long as the door panels and about 2 inches wide by ½ inch thick.

Put the bottom edge of the panel in the bottom molding and insert the board behind the door panel in the middle. You will need to insert the board so it is on it's edge and the door panel gently bowed out. Start to insert the panel into the top molding. Once you get it started, turn the board so it is flat and the panel should then push itself into the top molding.
