1960-1963 (EARLY) 6 CYLINDER BATTERY CABLE SETS

This is a Set of the 3 required Battery Cables for the 1960-1963 (Early) Six Cylinder equipped Ford Falcons & Mercury Comets. Included in this set is a 12 inch cable that attaches between the Positive Battery Terminal and the BAT Terminal on the Starter Solenoid. Also included is the 21 inch cable that attaches between the Starter Terminal of the Starter Solenoid and the Starter Motor. The third cable that is included is 19 inches long and attaches between the Negative Battery Terminal and the Ground Bolt on the Engine Block. The Battery Terminals on these cables are brass, as is original.

Early vs. Late 1963 Ford Falcon As far as these Battery Cables are concerned, the location/position of the Battery Tray is the key to determining if the Falcon is an Early or Late 1963 Production Model. If the Battery Tray is Positioned Parallel to the Fender and Perpindicular to the Radiator Core Support it is an Early Production Falcon. If the Battery Tray is Perpindicular to the Fender and Parallel to the Radiator Core Support it is a Late Production Falcon.
