Ordering Information and Policies

Availability

To the best of our abilities, all products listed in this catalog are in stock and ready for immediate delivery. We try to ship out orders in 24-48 hrs, excluding weekends. As with any business, we do have times where a part may not be in stock. We do try and communicate about any issues with out of stock parts and provide possible lead times. If said part is due in soon, typically 7-10 days, we will hold the order and ship out together. If you do not want your orders held for completion please let us now and we will remove any out of stock items and they will need to be re-ordered. We do ask for your patience as we are a small family business. We update the online catalog immediately upon receipt of new products or when we learn of a product becoming unavailable/discontinued. We do not stock carpets or interior sets. Carpet sets are dropped shipped from the manufacturer within 2 days of when you placed your order. The interior parts are taking 4-6weeks to get manufactured and another 5 days to get to you.

Pricing

As with availability, we do our best to maintain the listed prices. Since we have limited control over the prices our suppliers charge us, we reserve the right to change prices at any time. You will be notified of any price changes before your order is shipped.

Merchandise Returns

It has long been known that we have the most liberal returns policy in the industry. We go to great lengths to ensure that the part you order is the part you need. However, we realize that due to the age of the vehicles and previous modifications unknown to it's current owner, mistakes will be made. We will accept returns for full purchase price less shipping and handling and restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. You must email, fax or phone first to see if we can't resolve the situation.

If there is a problem with a part(s) in your order please notify us IMMEDIATELY, within 10 days of receipt, so we may address the issue and resolve any problems. We are human and do make mistakes and request that they are brought to our attention as soon as possible. We ask that you inspect the order upon receiving to verify accuracy and possible defects. We work hard to get the orders out as soon as possible and would appreciate our customers inspecting upon receipt.

Please read the following statements before placing your order:

  1. We must be notified of your intent to return merchandise within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
  2. All returns are subject to a restocking fee, can be up to 25%, regardless of reason unless it is our fault. This helps cover credit card fees and help keep prices down.
  3. All returned merchandise must be in it's individual unopened packaging. No merchandise that has been removed from it's packaging and installed will be accepted for return.
  4. We will not accept returns of literature or electrical components(unless unopened and in original packaging). Upholstery/ Door Panels are a made to order item and not returnable. Carpet is made to order and no returns. Pertronix products are not affected as they carry their own manufacturers warranties.

Minimum Order

We have no minimum dollar amount on an order. You may order only what you need. Please keep in mind that we do have a $10.95 minimum shipping charge that applies to all orders regardless of size.

Monetary Exchange Rates

When payment for foreign orders (Orders Originating from Countries other than the U.S.) are processed via the Credit Card Company, they charge fees for the processing of the international credit card. Fees such as international service fee, cross boarder fees and foreign handling fees. All banks and credit card companies now charge these fees. If you place an order from a foreign country, we will add, currently 3.5%, to your invoice which will appear as a separate line item and will apply to the total dollar amount of the invoice.

Shipping

We use United Parcel Service ( UPS ) and USPS as the primary shippers. All listed shipping charges are for UPS ground. We can upgrade any shipment to 3 Day, 2 Day, or Overnight for additional charges. Please call or e-mail for pricing.

All of the Shipping Companies have gone to a new weight and measurement program. All products are now shipped according to their "dimensional weight". This means that the cost of shipping a particular package will be determined according to some magic formulas that consider both the weight and size of the package along with the zip code.

Shipping Charges

We have a minimum shipping & handling charge of $10.95 per order. We also must charge an additional handling fee on all oversize orders such as bumpers, exhaust manifolds, gas tanks, floor pans, transmission cooling lines and front to rear brake and fuel lines. These items all require special packing materials plus have additional handling charges by UPS. Also, brake drums are very heavy and may require additional charges. If you need specific shipping charges quoted for oversized or heavy items, please email. Since time is very a precious commodity for us, we can not pull items from inventory, box them up, weigh them and come up with a shipping cost while you are on the telephone, it would be an impossible task. So if you must have specific shipping costs before placing your order, please email and we will email back a quote ASAP.

We utilize a basic Value Based Shipping & Handling Schedule on our web site. Included in the shipping/handling charges is insurance on the package.
