This part is the chrome plated trunk lock housing which fits in the trunk lid of all models of the 1964-1965 Ford Falcon except the Ranchero, Station Wagon and Sedan Delivery. This item does come with the housing pad.

To be used with trunk lock cylinder C5OZ-6243505-B

Because of the chroming process, you may have to file the small retaining hole some to get pin to set properly.
